It featured expert talks (e.g., Dr. Axel Zein on AI implementation and Wassilios Alexopoulos on cloud-based MRO platforms), a World Café for collaborative problem-solving on topics like KI-Agenten and Causal AI, and networking opportunities. The event highlighted AI’s potential to boost industry profitability by up to 10.7% (per the GenAI study) and addressed challenges like data quality and skill gaps. Over 40 experts from various sectors participated, as shown in the group photo.

We contributed by pitching Predictive Q+, an AI-driven predictive maintenance solution. They showcased its ability to predict equipment failures with 90% accuracy, reduce downtime by 60%, and extend machine life by 50%, using IoT and machine learning. PDS proposed modular IoT sensors and collaborations with universities to overcome data and skill barriers, positioning themselves as a key player in advancing Industry 4.0 efficiency.
